    Anyone froma knowledgeable bartender to someone who is doing this for the first time. For the bartender, it's about perfecting your skill, for the beginner it's about trying a new recipe.
  2. How much experience do they have with the technology, tools and materials needed for your instructions? What will you need to explain to them?
     For the sangria, it's very easy. You will have to know what red wine is, what a knife is, etc.
